i want so badly to be 120-125 about and look good
i was 112 lbs 2 years ago and now im a hippo.

i know people say dieting is really good, but most of the time it doesn't work. what you need to do is kinda like a diet only you are no excluding a whole type of food just really fatty foods. eat normally or your body will be like " what the... why am i not eating....THERE MUST BE A FAMINE!! " and it will start storing fat every time you eat any.
If you want go to your local gym and do some cardio, or if not try to do sit-ups and push ups every day maybe even try an increase the numbers as you go. start with 5 situps and 5 pushups and work everyday until you can do 100 in a day (not sequencially).

I am a 14 year old girl, and I take a multivitamin every day, to make sure I get enough nutrients such as calcium (since my diet has been a bit lacking.) Typically, I take One-A-Day Teen Advantage, but I ran out today. My mom has a few of One-A-Day Women's 50+ Advantage left, and she wants me to take those for about a week and finish them off before she buys a new bottle of my vitamins, since they can be pretty expensive. Since the nutrients in both multivitamins are about the same (except that the women's vitamin doesn't have as much biotin), is it ok for me to take these? Remember, I will only be taking them for about a week.

I would say;
'The student who I am teaching Spanish'

But you could say;
'The student who I am teaching Spanish to....'

or;
'The student who I am giving Spanish lessons/classes to.....'

and;
'The student who I am tutoring in Spanish...'

'tutoring' a more one to one private teaching than a class.

To use 'whom' properly, I would put it this way;
'Sally - whom i am giving Spanish classes/lessons to - ...........'

so it would be like...
'Sally -whom i am giving Spanish lessons to- is very good'

I would personally use 'teaching' instead of giving, but giving is okay!
I would also use lessons instead of classes.

There is nothing 'wrong' with your sentence, I just wouldn't say it like that!

Its also been proven women get it worse that we all have to stay slim or fit or appealing or whatever, I want to be free!! How come on male channels they get ads or pro eat but on female channels we get hit with diet pills, and weight loss books!

On football season its cool for a fat drunk guy who burps and cheers, a female must be cheerleader size and always smiling. They even had on the news last year they were looking for fat males to come and cheer with thin cheerleaders because fat guys mean to them the real gamer.

I want equal freedom as guys!! Yes guys get it too who are fat but not as much as females!!

You want to be a size 20?

That's not just stupid and self-destructive, it's socially irresponsible.

Guys do not eat like they please. Guys work hard to maintain their looks and figure just like women do.

What you need to do to make things easier for you to stay slim is to eat many (5 or 6) smaller (1/2 a normal serve) meals a day, and do an hour of cardio 4-5 times a week. Doesn't matter whether it's swimming, running, cycling, just get that heart rate elevated and keep it there, and you will have a fantastic figure.

You will also be able to get away with occasional 'splurges' where you can eat an entire pepperoni pizza or half a chocolate mud cake, and it won't affect your figure, because your metabolism is elevated and you'll just work it off soon anyway.

As far as fat drunk guys who wobble around with no shirts on and belch at football games, that's not 'cool', that's disgusting. They are slobs.

Try P90X if you want to get ripped. It's a financial commitment but not any more than joining a gym. You can get the DVDs on ebay or yahoo too and probably a good deal cheaper. This program already assumes you are in at least somewhat good shape so obviously ignore this answer if you aren't. There are different options as far as the workouts depending on what type of muscles you are looking to buy. Be forewarned, it's really tough.

to start off, i'm a high school student looking to lose about 30-45 pounds. I have a 'muffin top' and i want to lose that like ASAP(a few people asked if i was pregnant)': and i'm not like one of those skinny chicks who think they need to lose weight because they have nice curves. I'm just a chunk :( so anyways... this is my plan to try to lose some weight...

wii sports: boxing training-working the bag: min 5 rounds (each round is like a min long?)
hula hooping: min 2 songs a day
walking: varies, i walk to school and back which is a mile total, and also i normally go to my friend's house and i walk to their house which is like 2 miles away from mine, so say like an min average of 3 miles a day (for days i don't go out, or just do normal walking?)

-any other suggestions would be extremely helpful? <3

as for a 'diet' plan.
drinks- i'm dropping soda out*unless there's nothing else, then i'll get the more least worse soda available*, and drinking more water (plain, or vitamin water<3) and occasionally iced tea or lemonade
food- no more candy XD i refuse to eat school lunches, so that's the easiest thing to get, but instead i'll bring crackers or something small.
more fruit and veggies, (i already like a lot of veggies and fruits, but my mom don't normally buy them, we order out too much :(
when eating out or ordering out, i'll do salad with a LIGHT dressing over the soup, and try to pick the healthier portions...

so i need to know, does this sound like its a good plan? what should i change, or add to it?

my goal is to reach this weight by late April, early May 2011

It's good you decide to get your body healthy. 30-40 lbs to loose in 4 to 5 months is dangerous.
It sounds like one major factor is your diet. Don't skip meals. Eat 5 smaller meals instead to keep your metabolism up. You need to increase your clean protein, vegetables, and good carb intake, while reducing your fat intake. Water, iced tea (unsweetened) and water with lemon only is good not soda. Reward yourself now and then (not weekly) with a cheat day.
You will also want to do cardio. Start off by walking then slowly pickup the pace. Also work in some light weight lifting to firm up/tone - circuit training is fine here.
Read up on healthy eating diets and work them in. Don't do fad diets (protein only, milkshake, grapefruit, and so on). You will lose weight in the first few weeks then gain it back and more soon after.
Remember this is a lifestyle change to take care your body. If you are truely serious, the time spent exercising, eating right, and self discipline will be worth it. Don't be a "religious scale watcher". As your body begins to change, your weight will go up and down, muscle is denser than fat. Finally, don't compare yourself to the campus barbies that get lost behind the stop sign pole. Run your own race and be the best you can be - for yourself.

I'm writing a book and the main character is seventeen years old, she's a vivacious, gorgeous redhead. She's kind of edgy and listens to alternative music, loves photography, very clever and witty, but has a big heart and puts others before herself.

That's the main idea of the character, but which names just sounds better? Samantha or Sophia? Also, since the character is very unique in nature, I'd want a unique name to match it. But the biggest concern I have is that the name is MEMORABLE. Like Harry Potter is a universal, known and unique name. That's the idea I'm going for.

Sophia Drake sounds like a sultry, voluptuous dark-eyed brunette who's cunning and seductive. (okay what i mean is a total b*tch haha) On the other hand, I feel like it would fit the character in a way because it's unique. You don't see many blonds or redheads with the name Sophia. In my high school, there's only four Sophia's and they all have dark hair. But...my name is Sophia so it might be kind of awkward?

I've noticed a lot of kids my age (14-17) like to complain about famous pop musicians like Justin Bieber saying he doesn't deserve his fame and fortune ( They made that problem themselves going to his videos.). I think that's pretty unfair, but it's just opinion. But they took it a step further by creating websites and pages on Youtube and Myspace to spam fans of artists like Bieber, Selena Gomez, and Miley Cyrus. I called them out on it and asked why is it only people who like pop/r&b? Not every rock musician is good just because they sing rock.

They always complain about being picked on for being "different" (Yeah right.) and now here they are threatening and/or cyber bullying people with differing taste in music? Why? I am a die-hard rock fan and I'd never bully someone ever, especially over something so petty.

While I was out of town (I took a little trip to Italy with a very, very special friend and neglected to tell my wife I was leaving; instead leaving a note on the Internet saying I was being held hostage), I called my old buddy in the DA's office (a former cop whom I'd served with; he got his law degree at 45) and had him put a scare into my wife.

See, he helped set it up where he had a mannequin that looked like my ex with a jar of Ragu for brains, and my note made it seem that the ex was the one holding me hostage.

So my wife took it upon herself to try to off the ex, which really was a mannequin. Blood -- err Ragu -- splattered everywhere when my wife attacked what she thought was my ex. She made a run for it.

My friend I had calling the house, telling my wife to turn herself in. Instead, she ran and is on the lam, gone over a week! Really, the DA has no charges pressed against her. They actually all got a laugh about this, and privately commend my wife for looking out for me. This is Backwater, Fla.

Was it wrong for me to set up this scenario, or should my wife have been a better citizen and turned herself in?

14 weeks pregnant and still losing weight (not related to morning sickness)???

I hit the 14 week mark today. I had a doctor's appointment last Tuesday (at 13 weeks) and have lost 3 lbs since then ... for a total of 15.6 lbs since finding out I was pregnant at 6 weeks. I have had absolutely no morning sickness at all. So that isn't a reason for the weight loss. I eat the same way I always have (except I've cut out all soda and coffee). And I am not one for exercise. So I don't quite understand the weight loss. The What To Expect When You're Expecting book says that I should start to gain about a pound to a pound and a half every week. What if I don't? I EAT, so my baby is still getting everything it needs right?????? And I take my prenatal and calcium pills religiously. Is there something wrong with me? Should I be worrying about this????

By all means, ask your doctor if you're worried, but this happens. With this pregnancy, I lost 10 pounds in the first and part of the second trimester, and didn't start to level off until around 20-21 weeks. As long as you are eating sensibly, taking your folic acid and vitamins, you should be fine.

i'm a gymnast who works out 4 hours a day for 4 days per week. i've been trying to maintain a healthy weight, mostly because i don't want to mess up my gymnastics as a whole by gaining or losing weight. i also just want to have a healthy diet. lately, though, i've let myself eat unhealthy (or sometimes pig out) 2 days a week, and i was wondering if i would still be able to keep my healthy weight, or if i'll have to keep starting over my good diet for good health?

well, I went to the DR. today and learned that I was not preg. via blood test. Also learned that I have dropped a lot of weight, along with the missed period. Have to go back and have complete blood scan to rule out diabetes, and thyroid malfunction. Hoping that the weight loss is because I have been trying to eat healthier in order to conceive. Hoping also that the blood test was also too early and that I am actually preg. A friend of mine never got a positive test and only confirmed pregnancy by ultra sound 3 months before delivery. Doc wants to put me on Prevera pills, But I know about the adverse effects if you are preg. and/or planning to be. Should I get the pills or wait for the complete blood scan to make sure there is nothing wrong with me other than infertility? Because Doc wants to start me on prevera ASAP. Concerned :(

I wouldn't suggest getting the Depro because I took only 2-3 shots and I was trying to get pregnant and it hasn't happened yet. My last shot was in Aug. of 2006. It can really misses up your body. My suggestions is if you're planning on getting pregnant anytime soon, don't use the Depro. However I believe that I may be infertile because of the Depro. Just go on the b/c pills or use the IUD. The iud is way more effective birth control there is. Better than the pills,patches and shots. Good luck!

Don't seem like to much of a trouble try a few crunches every morning, about ten and increase them by ten every week or two weeks this is the advice I was given but I never tried it *sigh* perhaps I should get off my lazy butt and work out too, from what I have seem it works and don't forget dieting helps along with this no sense working out if your snacking on junk food all day lol as for a diet plan just eat sensably perhaps get a diet cookbook, diets don't have to be torture and pills are best used only if your obese or very over wieght I am sure someone on here has a good diet plan for you

Im just asking this question for opinions sake, kinda like a debate. I dont feel any kind of guilt or shame being with her because I love her more than i ever thought i could possibly love someone. I met her when she was 14 after i got out of the army, she was my younger sisters best friend. In the beginning i just thought she was a beautiful young girl with a great personality, kinda wise for her age. All of my past GF's have been like 6 or more years older than me, so before anyone starts making accusations, im not a goddamn pedo.

Idk how i even fell in love with her so damn fast to begin with, cus at the time i was taking a break from love and planned on just being alone for a few years to really find myself, but the second night i saw her when she came to stay over with my sister, we suddenly had a very special, almost magical bonding moment over some poetry she had written about love. Im keeping the details of that moment to myself cus its our story and were keeping that special for only us.

At first the attraction was just physical, not sexual, well atleast not for me. We didnt even admit to liking eachother or start dating until she was 17. She later told me that since the first day she saw me she had fantasized about me quite often. Anyway, a few months after we met, I moved halfway across the US and we just talked on myspace for 3 years. I always kept the conversations casual and friendly just telling her to keep her head up when she was down and helping her figure out what she wanted to do as far as a career in life, cus honestly i was scared to talk to her beyond that, and it was hard cus she was always flirting with me, always asking questions about sex and marriage and if i wanted children and love, which i always answered back in a mature and sincere way.

Even though i loved her from the start, like really deeply fell in love, i still kept our conversations clean, always. I never even flirted until she was 16 1/2 and it only started then because she was always flirting with me so hard i finally had to let her know how i felt cus honestly i was scared she would lose interest in me if i didnt start flirting back and expressing my feelings for her. After we opened up to eachother, sparks were flying like crazy. We learned that we had so much in common far as likes, goals, opinions about life, were both athiest, we just hit it off so fast and so good its was like this girl was a perfect match for the love ive always wanted my whole life, and i was the same for her. Even still, i made absolutely sure that she was the one who chose me. I never pushed or manipulated her into liking me not once, instead i let her choose me, she asked me out.

So weve been together for a year now and everything is still so amazing, almost like some perfect romantic fantasy novel. We made love when she turned 17 and god... it was so romantic almost unbelievably pefect the way it all happened, every event that led up to the night we first made love was just....perfect! Like straight from a fairytale book it was beautiful and perfect!

But like i said, she's older for her age and im young for my age. Not immature, like everyone says im just youthful in spirit and people still think im 21 because i just look young. She did have a boyfriend while we were apart and still just talking when she was 16 so no... i didnt take her viginity in case anyone is wondering. The 2 bf's she had before me were just too immature for her i guess, she's so damn intellligent and full of wisdom i guess she would always have been looking for an older guy to be with. As far as her parents, it took about 5 months but they finally accepted me, now her father loves me cus im self-employed doing internet marketing and i make $6k per month, basically he's happy that i can support his daughter, instead of her being with some 18 year old punk who doesnt have a clue and cant take care of her. Now...her mother...will prolly never accept me. She's unforgiving, has always grilled my GF every day of her life and is totally controlling tward her. She kinda hates her mom, but still wants to prove herself to her by earning her own way, so to help her break away from mommy, im teaching her how to make money online after she graduates this summer.

So anyway, i just wanna know peoples opinion of this. You think its wrong for us to be in love? do you think its okay or support love no matter what? Should I have "known better" because she was too young to "know any better" or make her own choices yet?

This one is pretty tough to answer based on her age. My husband is 10 yrs. older than I but we met when I was 32 so those 10 yrs. don't seem as big as yours. I am a mother of a 6-yr. old daughter and I'm trying to get my mind around "what if" this is her 11 years from now and also summon up all of my experiences and wisdom I've gained over 45 years.
First, speaking of wisdom, she at 17 cannot possess wisdom. Wisdom is knowledge gained through experience. At 17, it is hard to find anyone with life experience to gain wisdom. It's not a knock on intelligence or maturity, it's just that 17 years is too short a time to really live and understand the world and life.
Second, if you had said she was 14 and you were 24, I'd call the police right now. but you seem to have shown maturity and patience by waiting until she was at a more responsible age. You explain yourself well. However, my only reserve in this matter is, once again at her age, what does she really know about what she wants? I was a 17-yr. old once and I knew at the time I knew everything! But as you get older you learn just how little you know. Even now I find myself still maturing and changing. That is life. A continuous growth of mind and emotion. While you are certain of where you stand in life at 27, she has yet to find herself.
Third, I have a friend who married a man 19 years older than she. I do not get it but she always had an old soul and they're quite happy and have been married about 15 years or more. Again, she was close to 30. When you're 80 and she's 70, who will really care about that gap? Probably no one. But as we get older, time gets shorter and gaps appear narrower than when we're 17 and 27. So I get the unfairness of the judging of your age differences but that is life. You say she has an old soul and I get that and I get that you are more youthful or less mature than other 27-yr. olds. Emotionally you two may be matched but what about realistically? You still have 10 years of finding yourself experience which has shaped you into who you are right now. She hasn't had that post-school time yet so while you both feel she is ready for such a complete relationship, is this really so?
Fourth, going forward with the post-school thoughts, it seems a bit unfair to me that she should rush into adult life without her making her own way. You say she needs to get out from underneath a oppressive mother - but seriously? What 17 year old girl doesn't? You are training her to work and gain independence when she graduates but is this fair to her? What about college? You say she is very intelligent and bright so doesn't it seem a bit selfish that you want her to work in a field you train her in without giving her the chance to grow her own wings to fly?
You also mentioned you have served in the military. I am a veteran of the Armed Services also and gained much more experience in those service years than other people my age who didn't experience military travel and life. It's not the 10 years time, that really separates you two, it's the 10 year's experience.
And making reference to 300 years ago does not help your case. Just 50 years ago, it was thought everyone should be married out of high school, the man would work and the woman would stay home and raise the kids. This certainly, and sadly, has changed in just two generations.
My advice and opinion is that if you are both happy and truly feel this is a once-in-a-lifetime love, then go with it and enjoy it. However, if this is real, then waiting to progress further, while letting her gain her own experiences, will not damage the relationship any. Real love always finds its way.
In a nutshell, I am less alarmed at your age difference than I am with the thought of this girl jumping into a life she hasn't had a chance to make on her own.

yes that is a little over weight but don't worry i have the same problem something that helped me alot is to not eat so many carbs maybe when you go to carals jr buy the low carb burger witha salad instead of a regular one(it has lettace as a bun) carbs add alot of wieght and also dont drink so much soda maybe have one soda a week just for a little treat this may sound hard but maybe you can get one soda on monday and drink a little everyday so it seems as if your drinking a soda everyday and also maybe you shouldnt go to mcdonalds so much and i know your thinking o i can just buy a happy meal but just a happy meal is 1000 calories so watch the mcdonalds and sugars the same with the soda once a week hope i helped o and excersise everyday

My mother was born in the us but her mother was born in argentina and her father was born in italy. Yet my father was born in america as were both his parents. Hello. Yes, it would be ok, unless you are on a low carb diet. Cereal is high in carbs, but if you do eat it, make sure to choose one that has less then 8 grams of sugar per serving. It should also have at least 3 grams of fiber per serving ( to help keep you full ), and i don't think Corn flakes has a lot of fiber in them. I do know that it is very low in sugar, which is good. No, I'm not one of those extreme dieters, I'm just worried about some friends of mine.

As far as I know, they don't have body image problems; it's more about being too busy or apathetic to eat at regular intervals. But they sincerely believe that you can survive on one egg a day. I'm fairly certain that this just isn't true, but all I have to back up my belief is years of reading Nutrition Action and this vague memory that you shouldn't consume fewer than 1200 calories a day or you cannot function. For whatever reason, this doesn't convince them, probably because they are still ostensibly functional.

I've since accepted that health is important to me and it isn't to them. I just want to know if they're in any danger of death or permanent damage to vital organs/bones if they follow this diet. =\

My neighbors let their dogs run loose?

Really, this is a problem with about 3 of our neighbors. A couple of houses down the street let their 100 dogs combined run loose, and for some reason, they HATE the sound of my husband's truck, and they chase it. It was slightly annoying at first, and then one day my husband hit one and killed it because it was chasing the truck and got underneath the tires. I felt so bad. After that though, those neighbors have kept their animals under control and contained. (Wish it didn't have to cause a dog it's life for them to realize that)
But even before that those dogs did not get in our yard. The ones behind us have about 5 dogs that take free run of our property whenever they please. My poor little shih tzu can't go outside to use the bathroom without being terrorized. I walked him the other day and when we got to his favorite spot, 3 of the dogs were standing right beside him and it caused a HUGE fuss. It's so aggravating.

How do I deal with this? My dog can't have free run of his yard without being terrorized.

I'm not so sure that speaking with the neighbors is even a good idea. They sound irresponsible to leave their dogs running free. I would be terrified knowing my babies were running around without supervision, they could be hurt, killed, etc etc.
I think you should contact someone in authority such as the police, animal control, etc. and explain your situation so that they at least get a warning to contain their dogs.
Its not fair if you are being responsible with your pet and cannot even let him out into your own yard!

My mom has some face creams with tiny shaving of gold in them. She also has this massage oil that she bought in Italy that also has shaving of gold in it.
So my question is, what does the gold do? does it have a special component that smoothes out the skin, or gets rid of face pigments? The cream she has is like $150 while the massage oil is $300.. why so expensive?

You should start eating 6 smaller meals a day. This will boost up your metabolism and help burn fat off quicker. Try going for meals higher in protein like fish or chicken. You should try to aim for at least .6gram of protein per pound of body weight. So that will be 78grams if you weigh 130

Also make sure you are drinking at least 8 cups of water a day. This will help keep you full so you don't consume more calories than you need.

As for exercise, get that heart pumping girl. Go do some cardio. Just make sure it is intense cardio instead of a long slow paced mile. A short but intense cardio in the morning will but you metabolism in over drive.

I live in Tirat Carmel, Israel. Where the fire is going down to from the Carmel mountain.

Now the problem is that the fire fighters don't do there job after 9:00 at night. They can't work at night and it means that most of the fire keeps burning. The fire still burns in the lands around Tirat Carmel. The airplanes are back to base because they can't do anything at night. The fire keeps burning and the wind isn't helping it is a strong wind that makes the fire go bigger and move faster down the mountain toward the small cities near the mountain, which includes mine.

I want to thank Greece and Turkey for the help they provided to fight this fire. Thanks also go to Russia, United States, United Kingdom, Italy, Bulgaria and many many others. Let's hope everything will be alright. I am skeptic about what is going to happen during the night. Two cities have been burned down and one of those cities was Denia that was completely burned out.

I appreciate Turkey's help that despite the fact we had a bad issue in the past, they still sent help to us. We, the citizens of Israel, thank you very much for the help.

I am not in my home right now, I am in a different street in Tirat Carmel, since my home is very close to the mountain and it will be the first place to get burned if the fire gets down the mountain. 41 killed in the bus that got caught in the flames. Let's hope everything will be alright.

3 times is not bad...but not good neither. You can go more than 3 times if u can, but if ur busy u can do some exercise like 150-200 situps and crunches + 100 push ups.

For the diet, You need to eat high protein meals like cereals, vegetables and more (check high protein foods on google) you can also starve and eat high protein meals and in bout a month you will loose 4kg(9 pounds).

My mum used Xenical to lose weight and it has worked really well for her.

I would say she was on it for a little under a year and she lost close to thirty kilos.

In the two years or so, since losing the weight she has kept it off so I guess for her at least - it works!

Xenical doesn't make you sick if you eat high fat foods, but man! - you get the need to defecate pretty quick! Apart from that, she had no other side effects. Oh - and it doesn't absorb ALL the fat from food - a good percentage but no all - you certainly wouldn't want that anyway.

Diet she used was simply a clean food diet - fruit, vegies, lean meat, quite a bit of fish etc...though did supplement with a vitamin supplement.

Based on her experiences I would say worth a try.

I was looking on yahoo last month, and there was this thing amd wut u do is u do squats on yer tiptoes, and thts supposed to be a REALLY good quick workout. also getting into a lunge on ur tiptoes, and extend yer leg, and then move it back. I have two weeks to be in the best shape I have ever been in. I have my High School Graduation coming up on April 16th.
I attend the gym at least three times a week and do a lot of running and a fair bit of abs. I NEED advice/ a diet to help me out so that I can fit nicely into my dress! I need to loose weight on my hips. That's the part that stands out most in a silk dress and mine are big as it is!

Losing weight over the summer?

I'm 5'2 150-164 pounds and 14 years old girl. I want to lose alot of weight. I going for a flat tummy but not stick skinny (at most 120 pounds). I do track and field after school. I have school so im going to try to lose the weight starting on June 21 - August 31 (summer time). I lost 10 pounds last year from running on the treadmill, push-ups, sit-ups, and jump rope, and using dumbbells. I have a treadmill, trampoline, and dumbbells/jump rope. What else do i need to lose weight fast (at least till the summer is over). I plan on walking/running for 60 min a day, 100 sit-ups, and 20 push ups (i did the same thing last summer) 5 times a week. What other Equipment do i need? What are some good diets for my age (14)? I will try anything that works to lose the weight. Just because want to be more confident. And just because people used to make fun about my weight when i was smaller. It would help alot because im starting high school next year. Please Help.

Ok, so first of all, I think you should mix up your routine a bit. Don't forget that ten mins on a trampoline equals thirty mins of jogging. So you can add that into your routine. Also try power walking with your dumbbells. You can also do squats. These are fantastic for your but and legs. Also, a lot of things that don't seem like exercise are. You could try bike riding or swimming with your friends. All in all, as long as you are healthy, it doesn't matter what you weigh. For eating, just try and eat lots of fruit and veggies, and watch your portion sizes. Don't forget to drink plenty of water as well!

The gay man brings him to his house; this HUGE mansion, and the man falls in love with his sister. It's a problem when you meet people who are shallow or think with stereotypes, or assumptions and judgements, because obviously they will form an opinion of you using only their eyes. But to be fair it's not just good looking people who deal with shallow people. If you're really good looking and also weak willed then staying faithful can be difficult. I guess like the saying goes 'when the package is this pretty, no one cares about what's on the inside'.
