Ok so im 16 5'4 and 147 pounds.
I am going away in 2 weeks..I would like to lose some weight..Enough that its noticeable..
But not sure how to go around it.
So do you think this will work?
( I am at college 5 days a week so i cant do much during the day..I cant afford a gym membership but i do have a full sized trampoline )
Every morning when i wake up go for a 10 min jog..Come back and do some toning exercise ( need your help with what to do on that ) ( Im mainly aiming to lose weight of my thighs and belly )
Have breakfast..Bowl of cereal and a pint of water..
Go to college have salad for lunch
Come home and do 1/2 - an hour on my trampoline
Then after dinner do more toning excercises?
Would this work?
